At Beehive Wool Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your yarn or supplies aren't quite right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging with labels intact, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer, including a copy of your receipt or the RMA form inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package via your preferred tracked carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
