How long will it take for my yarn to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer dye lot matching?
Yes, we always strive to fulfill orders using the same dye lot. If we cannot match the dye lots for the quantity requested, we will contact you before shipping your order.
What is your return policy for knitting needles and patterns?
Unopened yarn in its original condition can be returned within 30 days. However, for copyright reasons, digital and printed patterns are final sale. Knitting needles must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large projects?
